During the class we will look at developing spontaneity, impulsiveness and listening through the Meisner Technique. The simple but profound exercise gives an actor all he basic tools they need to develop an impulsivity and instinct that will serve you in any character, in any play. We will focus solely on this for the three hours.

All classes are drop in, but we’d encourage you to come as consistently as possible so you can train this muscle week after week.
